雷射雷達(dá)又稱光達(dá)，主要功用是以雷射光定出遠(yuǎn)處物體的位置、速度和特性。藉著產(chǎn)生使用者自訂的波形，光頻梳將可以讓雷射雷達(dá)的靈敏度及偵測(cè)范圍增加好幾個(gè)數(shù)量級(jí)。
