Objective To investigate the expressions of endothelin 1(ET 1) and endothelin converting enzyme (ECE) mRNA in bronchial mucosal biopsis from asthmatics, and the effect of inhaled corticosteroids on the expressions of ET 1 and ECE genes.
目的探討內(nèi)皮素1（ET－1）和內(nèi)皮素轉(zhuǎn)化酶（ECE）mRNA在哮喘氣道粘膜的表達，以及吸入激素對其表達的影響。
Open lung biopsis was carried in 47 cases of congenital heart defect with pulmonary hypertension, the amount of pulmonary arteriole were calculated, and compared with the early result of operation and Heath Edwards classification in pathology.
對47例先天性心臟病并肺動脈高壓癥患者作術中肺活檢，并對肺切片中單位面積小動脈數(shù)量與術后早期結(jié)果作比較：發(fā)現(xiàn)肺動脈高壓癥患者單位面積肺小動脈數(shù)量明顯下降，并且與Heath?Edwards肺血管病理定性分級的輕、重程度有關；
