基本解釋

In case party B Breaches this Contract, party A has right to deduct the default fine, compensation for damage or any other expenses from the deposit .
因乙方違反本合同的規(guī)定而產(chǎn)生的違約金、損壞賠償金和其它相關(guān)費用，甲方可在押金中抵扣。
If a Party breaches this Contract, it shall bear the liabilities arising from such breach in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China.
