Objective To observe the effect of early treatment with acupuncture and motortherapy on developmental quotient (DQ) of cerebral palsy high risk infants.
目的:觀察早期針刺配合運(yùn)動(dòng)療法治療腦癱高危兒對(duì)其發(fā)育商的影響。
Methods Sixty cerebral palsy high risk infants were divided into an acupuncture combined with motortherapy group (treatment group) and a control group, 30 cases in each group.
方法:將60例腦癱高危兒分成治療組(30例)和對(duì)照組(30例),治療組采用針刺及運(yùn)動(dòng)療法對(duì)高危兒進(jìn)行預(yù)防性治療,對(duì)照組未接受任何治療,采用兒心量表觀察發(fā)育商變化。
Method 223 cases with 279 succesfully replanted digitals were rehabilitation trained systematicly with motortherapy, physicotherapy, occupational therapy and sensory training.
方法采用運(yùn)動(dòng)康復(fù)為主，輔以理療、作業(yè)療法及感覺(jué)訓(xùn)練等綜合措施對(duì)1996年7月以來(lái)的223例279指斷指再植成活者進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的康復(fù)治療并進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)分。
