Objective:To study the effects of Chinese traditional medicine Shennongruangan pilule on cirrhosis of liver.
目的:研究純中藥制劑神農(nóng)軟肝丸對肝硬化的防治作用。
Results: Shennongruangan pilule can reduce the activity of ALT, AST and Hyp for remedy group, It also restrains necrosis of liver cell and fibrosis of liver.
結(jié)果:神農(nóng)軟肝丸對治療組大鼠血清轉(zhuǎn)氨酶活性有明顯改善作用,使肝臟羥脯氨酸水平降低,對肝細(xì)胞壞死及肝纖維化有一定的抑制作用。
