Results: This prospective study shows that total posterior vitreous detachment has a clear preventive effect on both complications.

Pigmented cells in the anterior vitreous, vitreous hemorrhage, posterior vitreous detachment, and elevation of the retina with or without retinal break are observed.
另外還可觀察到前玻璃體內的色素細胞，玻璃體出血，后玻璃體脫離，視網(wǎng)膜抬高并伴有或不伴有破口。
RESULTS: Incomplete posterior vitreous detachment (PVD) was found in 15 eyes (71.4 %), epiretinal membrane was formed in 7 eyes (33.3 %), and retinal detachment occurred in 4 eyes (19.0 %).
結果：手術中發(fā)現(xiàn)15眼（71.4%）出現(xiàn)了不完全性的玻璃體后脫離（PVD），7眼（33.3%）有視網(wǎng)膜前膜形成，4眼（19.0%）發(fā)生視網(wǎng)膜脫離。
