Objective This paper probes into the effect of health education on wound healing of patients with preputiotomy.
目的探討健康教育對門診包皮手術患者傷口愈合效果的影響。
Methods 360 patients with preputiotomy are divided into two groups, the routine group and the trial group, each with 180 cases.
方法將360例包皮手術患者分為常規(guī)組和觀察組各180例。觀察組對患者術前術后實施健康教育,讓病人及家屬懂得傷口護理的目的及方法;
Methods Vertical preputiotomy was performed.The hypoplastic tissuely was excised.After that, there was no prepuce redundant, so that no prepuce excision was needed.
方法縱行切開緊箍的包皮口,切除陰莖體發(fā)育不良的條索狀組織,將包皮固定于陰莖根部的海綿體上。
