Metheods：The salivary amylase activity,urine D-xylose excretion rate and stool SIgA of 64 diarrhea children with spleen deficiency were tested before and after treatment by Jianpi Zhixie granule.
方法：對(duì)64例脾虛泄瀉患兒用健脾止瀉顆粒治療，檢測(cè)其治療前后的唾液淀粉酶活性、尿D-木糖排泄率及大便SIgA，并與30例正常兒進(jìn)行對(duì)照觀察。

Conclusion:(1)Salivary cortisol concentration,SIgA and salivary amylase activities of the range P2.5～P97.5 were 0.29～8.10nmol/L,4.67～128.12ng/ml and 11.8～92KU/L in the elite archers during in pre-training period,respectively.
