Objective To introduce the clinical application of reconstructing the thumb and index finger with combined transfer of big toe wrap-around flap and the second toe.

The mini-island flaps in the hand, abdominal pocket flap, groin flap, free flap, wrap around flap, and second toe transfer were used for coverage and reconstruction.
分別采用手部島狀皮瓣轉(zhuǎn)移術(shù)、腹部插袋術(shù)、腹部帶蒂皮瓣移植術(shù)、游離皮瓣移植術(shù)、（足母）甲瓣或第二足趾移植術(shù)進(jìn)行修復(fù)和重建。
