Would you mind opening the window?
She did not mind working late in the least.
There will be a meeting tonight. Mind not to be late.
I've a good mind to go home.
He has a mind for science.
We are all of one mind on this subject.

3. 用於 Would [Do] you mind…?
Would [Do] you mind my smoking here?
正:Do you mind if I smoke here?
正:Would you mind if I smoked here?
Yes, I do mind. / Please don't… / Better not, please. / I'd rather you didn't. / I'm sorry, but...
Oh, no, please. / No, not at all. / Not at all. / Certainly not. / Of course not. / No, go ahead.
4. 用於 make up one's mind,其意爲(wèi)“決定”“決心”。如:
She refuses to make up her mind.
I think it's high time that she made up her mind.
I've made up my mind to be a doctor.
In the end he made up his mind to go by train.
As we can't afford a bigger house we must make up our minds to staying here.
