"Scientific evidence does not indicate the need for special precautions for either adults or children in the use of mobile phones," Mr Althaus said.

According to the doctor, Althaus suffered injuries to the skull and brain, with minor bleeding in the brain, but the injuries do not seem to be life threatening.
