Objective To discuss the clinical value of color Doppler echocardiography in diagnosing double-orifice mitral valve (DOMV).

Methods: 35 patients with severe anterior leaflet prolapse of mitral valve underwent valve repair using the double-orifice technique.
方法對(duì)35例二尖瓣前葉脫垂的病人行雙孔成形手術(shù)，竝在術(shù)前、術(shù)中、術(shù)後利用超聲心動(dòng)圖對(duì)瓣膜進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。
