Objective This study investigates the effects of hyperoxic solution on silicosis rabbits to explore the possibility of clinical application in hyperoxic solution treating silicosis.

Methods: After wound model was established, 12 rabbits were randomly classified into two groups: the hyperoxic solution group (group H) and the saline group (group S) with 6 rabbits in each group.
