Objective To investigate the feasibility of predicting the curative effects of retropubic prostatectomy (RPP) with IPSS and urodynamic data with indefinite P-F findings in patients with BPH.
目的探討國(guó)際前列腺癥狀評(píng)分（IPSS）與尿動(dòng)力學(xué)檢查非壓力-流率（P-F）指標(biāo)評(píng)估經(jīng)恥骨後前列腺切除術(shù)（RPP）治療良性前列腺增生癥（BPH）療傚的可能性。
Methods A total of 252 patients who underwent prostatectomy were observed from March 2000 to May 2005. Retropubic prostatectomy was performed on 70 patients, TURP on 150, and TUVP on 32 patients.
方法2000年3月至2005年5月共有252例前列腺切除術(shù)患者，其中恥骨上前列腺切除術(shù)70例，經(jīng)尿道前列腺電切術(shù)150例，汽化電切術(shù)32例。
