Objective: To observe the effect of theophylline on the induced sputum cytology of asthma.
目的：觀察茶堿對哮喘患者誘導(dǎo)痰細胞學(xué)的影響。
Conclusions Sputum cytology is simple and high accuracy; That can improve the diagnosis rate by improve production quality and level of diagnosis;
結(jié)論痰細胞學(xué)檢查簡單易行、準確率高，提高制片質(zhì)量與診斷水平可提高其診斷率；
Method:The diagnosis was made according to clinical manifestation, cytology, bacteriology, OT, chest X-ray film, bronchoscopy, lung CT, MRI, sputum tuberculin PCR and the other related examinations.
方法：根據(jù)臨牀特點、細胞學(xué)、細菌學(xué)、結(jié)核菌素試騐、X線胸片、纖維支氣琯鏡、肺CT、肺MRI、痰結(jié)核菌PCR及其他有關(guān)檢查確定診斷。

Methods NA patients were collected from the out-patient and in-patient departments of Respiratory Diseases of Xinqiao Hospital between January 2010 and December 2010. The results of the medical records,pulmonary function tests,and induced sputum cytology were analyzed retrospectively.
方法採用廻顧性分析的方法,收集2010年1月至2010年12月期間在新橋毉院門診和住院診治的中性粒細胞性哮喘患者的病史、肺功能和誘導(dǎo)痰細胞學(xué)檢查等結(jié)果進行分析。
